Medical Care

Island Dog Lodge strives to offer a unique and specialized service to all dogs. All staff are trained in the highest level of canine First Aid & CPR including training on trauma care.

We have skilled staff who can administer your pet’s medications. We can dispense all pills and topical medications to receptive pets. 

For injectable medications, please call us to discuss the specifics of your pet’s medication needs. All medications should be provided by the owner and clearly labeled with the medication name, pet’s name, dosage, and administration schedule.

Travel (this can relate to picking up food/medication for your dog or taking dogs to vet appointments): $15.00 - $30.00 one way (depending on location and time).

Overnight Care for dogs who are injured, recovering from a surgery and or need extra surveillance, time and attention will be individually quoted based on each case.
